For our customer in the healthcare industry in Rothrist, we are looking for an employee with a lot of enthusiasm and passion for the function as Technical Leader 100% Your main tasks: Team leadership: Management and coordination of the technical team on site as well as efficient planning and control of the work to be done Maintenance and operation: Ensuring trouble-free operation of all technical systems through regular inspections and maintenance work according to the maintenance plan and taking into account current technical standards Troubleshooting: Processing incoming tickets as well as independent analysis and rectification of technical faults Administrative tools: Maintenance and updating of our CAFM system and order management Project management: Support for external projects by: Creating requirements and checking offers Providing well-founded technical and economic recommendations Supervision and monitoring of external service providers during implementation Implementation of projects in agreement with customers and internal guidelines Quality and safety: Ensuring consistent compliance with all QHSE guidelines (quality, hygiene, safety, environment) Material management: Monitoring of material and spare parts inventory and timely reordering Optimization: Identification of potential for improvement and development of sustainable optimization measures Technical rooms: Responsibility for the cleanliness, order and flawless functionality of all technical rooms Standby duty: Participation in the standby service (night and weekend duty) according to the deployment plan jpid62c40bajm jit0625jm jiy26jm
