HOPTIS is a recognized player in face-to-face fundraising for major NGOs (Amnesty International, UNHCR, SwissAid…). We carry out awareness and fundraising campaigns in the field throughout French-speaking Switzerland, in direct contact with the population. 🎯 YOUR MISSION Your role is to meet the general public and invite them to regularly support the NGO you represent — face-to-face, at the heart of local life. You work in a team on information stands set up in busy locations : → Commercial arteries and busy streets → CFF train stations → Post offices Work area : all of French-speaking Switzerland ⚠️ Position 80% - 100% in person, mobile, mostly outdoors. If you like offices and routine, this position is not for you. If you like human contact, busy days and daily challenges then welcome to our team ! ✅ YOUR PROFILE • Excellent spoken French — this is non-negotiable • At ease with strangers, able to capture attention quickly • Dynamic, persevering, resistant to refusals • Sensitive to humanitarian and social causes • Team spirit, taste for travel • Creative in your approach, at ease arguing No experience in fundraising ? No problem, we train and support.
