For our inpatient crisis intervention, we are looking for a Specialized Professional for Nursing & Social Pedagogy HF/FH SKI 60 - 100 % Available immediately or by agreement In our inpatient crisis intervention, we treat adolescents and children who are in a crisis and are taken into the clinic on an emergency basis. Our goal is to enable the children and adolescents to stabilize quickly. The maximum length of stay is 14 days. Through an innovative and unique concept in Switzerland, we enable professionals from the psychosocial field to complete their further training as crisis experts with us. The further training enables them to acquire new competencies and knowledge and apply them in their daily work with a high degree of independence. Your area of responsibility • Individual case responsibility for assigned patients per shift • Holistic, individual, and resource-oriented crisis management in a dynamic team of crisis experts and employees from different professions • Conducting conversations and networking with parents and the support network • Complete admission and discharge management as well as reporting • Developing emergency plans together with patients Your profile • Completed specialized training FH or HF • Interest in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and crisis management • Personality with high social competence and empathy, team and reflection skills • Enjoyment of rapid changes and high stress tolerance • Good German language skills and language skills in word and writing • Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts Your benefits • Progressive employment conditions with very good social benefits • Motivated and experienced interdisciplinary team • Supervisions and team meetings every two weeks • Regular coachings with the station management team • Wide range of further education and training opportunities • Training as a crisis expert with certificate completion • Easily accessible clinic and free parking Application For information, we are available at bewerbung@kjpz.ch.
