Dispatcher, 80-100% # What to expect ### • You will take over the dispatching and coordination of orders - from receipt to completion. • You plan and organize assignments efficiently, taking into account resources, deadlines, and customer requirements. • You are the central contact person for customers, partners, and internal departments and ensure smooth processes. • You work in a team with experienced real estate salespeople and, as the person responsible for the customer, coordinate the individual sub-processes of real estate sales. • You create meaningful documentation and ensure transparent tracking. • You recognize potential for optimization and actively contribute suggestions for improvement.
