You will work in outpatient care, within a specialized, structured and committed team in a dynamic of quality, science and collaboration. As part of the development of our occupational therapy activity, we are recruiting an Occupational Therapist in permanent position 80% (ref: 1956)   Main missions • Rehabilitation of the hand, elbow and shoulder • Design, manufacture and adaptation of therapeutic splints • Functional management oriented towards activity and participation • Management of patients, in particular in post-surgical suites or after emergency consultations • Management of hospitalized patients (splints + home support)   Teamwork and expertise • Actively participate in the functioning of the occupational therapy service • Contribute to clinical exchanges, case discussions and practice harmonization • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals in a structured interdisciplinary approach   Activity organization • The occupational therapy activity is currently very sustained and the service cannot meet all the demand from prescribing doctors • Administrative aspects, including appointment management and billing, are handled by the department's administrative team, allowing a focus on clinical activity   Sought profile • Swiss occupational therapist diploma or foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross • Clinical experience and/or specialization in one of the proposed areas, or strong appetite for rapid training • Marked interest in outpatient activity • Taste for teamwork, knowledge sharing and interprofessional collaboration • Curious, committed and propositional spirit • Excellent relational qualities with patients and their entourage • Autonomy, sense of responsibility and commitment to quality practice • Adherence to the principles of good practice and the department's scientific culture   We offer you • A 80% salaried position • Schedules to be defined • A specialized, stimulating and recognized work environment • An organization in poles favoring skills development and specialization • Access to continuing education, clinical research and therapeutic innovation Share on • * • * *
