For our Chinderhort Einsiedeln, we are looking for an engaged and warm-hearted Childcare Specialist 80% as of 01.12.2026 or by arrangement. Do you want to accompany children of kindergarten and primary school age and actively help shape a varied after-school care everyday life? A versatile activity with a lot of personal responsibility, a well-coordinated team, and space for your ideas awaits you with us.   Location Chinderhort At Chinderhort Einsiedeln, we care for children from kindergarten to the 6th primary class. Before and after school, as well as at lunchtime, we offer them a place where they can feel comfortable, eat together, do their homework, play, and organize their free time. We are also there for the children during school holidays and design varied holiday days together. Our centrally located and theme-oriented premises are geared towards the needs of school children and offer plenty of space for play, movement, creativity, and retreat.   Your working hours Your 80% workload is distributed over five working days per week during the school term. Working hours are generally between 11.15 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. or 6.30 p.m. During the school holidays, you work four full days per week and design our varied holiday program together with the team.   Your tasks Loving and professional care of the children Designing a varied and age-appropriate after-school care everyday life Accompanying the children during lunch, homework, and their free time Planning and implementing activities and holiday offers Promoting the independence and social development of the children Co-responsibility for the design, order, and cleanliness of the premises Professional cooperation with parents and within the team What you bring with you Completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, specialization in children, or a comparable recognized pedagogical training Joy in working with kindergarten and primary school children Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working Flexibility, resilience, and organizational skills Joy in contributing your own ideas and actively helping to shape the after-school care everyday life Good oral and written German skills What awaits you with us A well-coordinated and humorous team A good and constant staff-to-child ratio Space for your own ideas 5 weeks vacation Paid public holidays Your birthday is yours - with us, you have your birthday off 13 monthly salaries 50 % discount on the childcare rate for your own children   GutBetreut from the start.
