Client Advisor LPP # Job Description ### • You will be in charge of developing the network of prospects and acquiring new clients • You will ensure the follow-up and development of the existing client portfolio • You will advise our clients by proposing solutions adapted to their needs • You will lead information sessions on the principle of the three pillars, mainly focused on the 2nd pillar, for companies and insured persons Sought Profile ### • You have a commercial training in the insurance sector • You possess the federal certificate in social insurance, in LPP or IAF: an asset • You have a successful experience in a similar function • You are a native French speaker and have good knowledge of English • You master German: an asset • You are of Swiss nationality or have a valid permit Your skills and competencies: • You perfectly know the market of occupational pension provision in Switzerland and have excellent knowledge of social insurance • You are an excellent negotiator • You are very attentive to your clients and solution-oriented • You have great relational ease and know how to show diplomacy and tact • You are at ease with public speaking • You are organized and precise • You are resistant to stress • You have a high professional ethics • You have a good team spirit
