Teacher in electric mobility Your areas of activity with us You teach in the Mechatronics field of the automobile and vehicle engineering bachelor's program; you give courses in electrical engineering, measurement technology, and on accumulators and electrical energy converters. You support students in their project work and supervise bachelor's and master's theses; you direct the E-Mobility LAB. You autonomously acquire and implement research projects in the field of vehicle mechatronics. You initiate and organize lectures, seminars, and laboratory visits. You support student recruitment and ensure public relations by representing the specialty field and the BFH to interested parties and our partners. Your background, ideally Degree from a higher education institution at MSc/HES/EPF level in the field of automobile engineering, mechanics, or electrical engineering; long professional experience in vehicle engineering. In-depth knowledge of mechanics as well as electrical drives, power electronics, and electrical machines; solid technical skills in digital data processing. Enjoy interacting with young students, experience in higher education; the university didactics certificate can be obtained internally at the BFH. Experience in the acquisition and management of applied research projects, network of contacts in the national and/or international automotive sector. Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language (languages of instruction: French and German); professional English communication.
