A small, locally anchored real estate company in the Winterthur area manages residential and commercial properties as well as condominiums and offers services in management, initial leasing, and consulting. The focus is on personal, direct customer support as well as short decision-making paths within a manageable team. Team Leader Property Management ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Technical leadership and coordination of a small management team • Responsibility for the active management of your own portfolio • Ensuring leasing processes as well as organization and monitoring of buildings • Close cooperation with accounting (collections, accounts payable, etc.) • Support in the ongoing optimization of processes within management • Ensuring clean, service-oriented customer support in daily business Qualifications & Competencies • Completed commercial basic training with further training in the real estate sector (e.g., Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in Property Management or Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager) • Several years of practical experience in property management • Initial or sound experience in the technical leadership of employees • Structured, exact, and independent way of working with a high service orientation • Confident handling of common IT systems, Abacus experience is an advantage • Networked thinking as well as interest in efficient processes and their further development • Very good German skills, English is an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives A versatile function with high personal responsibility in a small, well-coordinated environment with direct decision-making paths awaits you.
