For our Wochenbett we are looking for an attentive personality starting 1. July 2026 or by arrangement who enjoys taking on responsibility, keeps an overview, and values cooperation in the team. You lead a small team in the area of Service Hotellerie and ensure, together with various professional groups, that our Wöchnerinnen and their accompanying persons feel well cared for and that everyday processes function smoothly. #### Gruppenleitung Service Hotellerie Wochenbett 80% # Your tasks #### • You lead a team of 4-5 employees and support them in organizational, administrative, and coordinative matters. • You plan and coordinate the assignments in the team and ensure smooth daily processes. • You coordinate and organize the various hotellerie services in the Wochenbett. • You order meals and ensure professional care regarding food and drinks. • You look after Wöchnerinnen as well as their accompanying persons in everyday life and support with questions regarding room infrastructure and services. • You work closely with nursing, cleaning, logistics, and other professional groups. • You manage food, laundry, and operating materials. • You ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Your profile #### • You have completed training as Hotelfachfrau/-mann EFZ or Restaurationsfachfrau/-mann EFZ. • You bring experience in a hospital environment as well as leadership experience. • You enjoy working in a team and have a strong understanding of service. • You remain organized, friendly, and resilient even in lively situations. • You take on responsibility and work independently. • You are interested in the healthcare system and working in an interprofessional environment. • You have very good German skills as well as good IT skills.
