Currently, the company is realizing one of the most significant reserve power plant projects in the country. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed and structured personality who takes responsibility and actively supports projects (job sharing also possible). Your responsibility Support for project management Preparation of decision-making bases as well as organization and coordination of meetings Tracking of tasks, deadlines, and milestones Interface coordination between project management, specialist planners, and external partners Project coordination Ensuring structure, transparency, and efficient processes in the project Support in time, resource, and budget planning Project controlling & reporting Preparation and presentation of project statuses for internal and external stakeholders Collaboration on risk analyses and creation of project reports What you bring Interest in energy and infrastructure projects Completed training or studies (FH/Uni) in a technical, economic, or comparable field 2–5 years of experience in project development or project management Structured and independent work style as well as pronounced organizational skills Ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel and maintain an overview Experience with MS Project or Oracle Primavera is an advantage What we offer you Collaboration on a unique infrastructure project in Switzerland Close cooperation with experienced project managers Insight into planning, financing, and implementation of a large power plant project Development perspective towards project management High degree of autonomy in a small, powerful team Do you feel addressed?
