We are currently looking for, to complete our Genève team, a Litigation Manager Your responsibilities: Monitoring of deadlines and opening of litigation files; Processing of reminders and formal notices; Control and monitoring of refunds; Integral management of debtors; Filing of legal proceedings; Representation of owners before the courts; Drafting of general correspondence for the position. Your profile: Confirmed experience in a litigation service in Switzerland; Knowledge of Vaudois pursuit/ejection procedures; a plus; Ability to analyze litigation cases and negotiation skills; Impeccable spelling and writing; Precise, proactive, rigorous and autonomous; Pleasant character with a good team spirit.
