To strengthen our Commercial Team, we are looking for a committed personality as Project Manager Commercial Excellence (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. The place of work can be chosen between Hochdorf, Wallisellen, or Bern. Your contribution to success ## • Management of strategic projects with a commercial focus across the entire Swiss market • Development and implementation of sales and go-to-market strategies • Active support of change processes as well as ensuring timely implementation and traceable project documentation • Development of Minimum Viable Products including offer design, price definition, and additional services • Planning and coordination of communication within the Commercial area in close cooperation with Marketing • Initiation and implementation of projects to simplify structures and processes • Promotion of knowledge and experience exchange as well as use of synergies across brands, countries, and functions Are you ready? ## • Completed basic technical training, preferably with a connection to the construction, metal, or wood industry • Degree in the fields of engineering, architecture, business administration, or a comparable further education • Experience in project management, knowledge of the construction or ideally the window industry • Strong understanding of technical products and solutions as well as commercial contexts • Structured way of working and strong affinity for digital tools as well as ideally experience in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) • Strong communication, networking, and team-oriented personality with a holistic mindset and the ability to win people over for common goals even without direct leadership responsibility • Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage Ideally at 4B ## We are an ambitious company that achieves goals and celebrates successes together.
