The start date is planned for . In this versatile role, you will contribute to the smooth daily operation of the clinic by ensuring professional reception of patients, quality medical support as well as rigorous administrative management. You will work within a human-sized structure, where organization, autonomy and a sense of service are essential. Your main responsibilities will be the following: \- Welcoming patients with tact, professionalism and benevolence, ensuring their orientation and the fluidity of their care. \- Performing technical procedures relating to the field of medical assistance, notably blood sampling, preparation of equipment and assistance in the smooth running of consultations. \- Carrying out administrative tasks related to the clinic's activity, such as management of patient files, data entry, appointment scheduling and follow-up of medical documents. \- Managing the clinic's mini laboratory, ensuring the preparation, control and proper organization of equipment and samples in compliance with current procedures. \- Participating in the general organization of the clinic and collaborating closely with the medical team in order to guarantee efficient, orderly and patient-oriented operation. \- Contributing, according to your skills, to the performance of extended radiology examinations, constituting an important asset for the position and for the development of the activity. \- Ensuring the cleanliness, availability and compliance of spaces, equipment and consumables in order to maintain a reliable and pleasant working environment. \- Rigorously applying the rules of hygiene, confidentiality and security specific to a medical practice. Profile sought For this position, we are looking for a person possessing a CFC as a medical assistant and confirmed experience in a medical environment, ideally in a practice. Knowledge of the field of rheumatology or a specialized environment constitutes an appreciable advantage.
