The Department of Medicine (DMED) ensures global and specialized care for patients, in both hospital and outpatient settings. Within this department, the dermatology and venereology service ensures the care of patients suffering from diseases of the skin, mucous membranes and appendages, including sexually transmitted ones. It also supervises laboratory examinations related to dermatological pathology. This position is newly created and is part of the ALTER deployment which aims to ensure the compliance of work organization with the Labour Act (LTr). More info on HUG Job description ## As an internal doctor, you wish to prepare for your postgraduate title and have a marked interest in specializing in dermatology and venereology alongside specialists. Under the supervision of senior physicians, you take charge with rigor and clinical sense of the patients entrusted to you. You develop your analytical abilities by confronting sometimes complex clinical situations. Thanks to your organizational skills, you ensure practical activities, clinical and therapeutic interventions, while ensuring strict compliance with internal rules and procedures, with a constant concern for the quality of the medical services provided. Evolving in a stimulating and demanding university environment, within a multidisciplinary team, you also contribute to the training of trainee doctors. You collaborate closely with the entire medico-nursing team and ensure clear, fluid and respectful communication, both with your colleagues and with patients, by adapting your discourse to their needs and understanding. In parallel with your activity, you benefit from high-quality postgraduate training contributing to the obtaining of your FMH specialist title. In this capacity, you evolve your training according to the training plan and FMH requirements. Profile description ## You hold a federal medical diploma or have training deemed equivalent by the Commission des professions médicales of the Office fédéral de la santé publique (MEBEKO). You have a perfect command of the French language (C1 level required) and a very good capacity for written and oral expression. Possessing excellent communication skills in a multidisciplinary team and with patients, you are a dynamic, flexible and committed person. In addition, you have demonstrated strong adaptability.
