As of now or by agreement, we are looking for a new team member (m/f) as Project Assistant 60-80% for comprehensive support of the project managers in exciting projects for the most well-known brands from different industries with a focus on our POS-merchandising department in retail. Are you motivated to learn new things on the job in projects? With us, you can take on responsibility early on and take on important tasks or sub-projects that you approach diligently and contribute to high implementation quality. Your core tasks include supporting the preparation of POS drives and shelf rearrangements, as well as controlling and coordinating our field merchandisers during their deployments, with whom you are in daily contact and whom you comprehensively and actively support before, during, and after their deployments. Additionally, you ensure the implementation quality at the POS level in controlling with your eye for detail, check the correctness and completeness, and initiate corrections or optimizations if necessary. Occasionally, you also support projects in material management (equipping/configuring). Administrative processes, such as creating evaluations and reports, give you just as much pleasure as the rest of the project work. You bring: You have completed training in the commercial sector (at least commercial school) and can demonstrate practical professional experience on the customer or, even better, agency side of at least 1 year Further training in marketing is an advantage You communicate with all contact persons in a situationally appropriate and stylish manner in German and have good Austrian and English language skills You are an organizational talent, work structured, are diligent, and set priorities Teamwork is just as much fun for you as independent project work You are a person with a lot of drive, are open, and want to take on responsibility You enjoy exchanging with people (also via phone), are a good communicator and networker You have a good grasp of the common MS-Office programs and are not afraid to learn new programs You are not looking for a 9-5 job and feel comfortable in a dynamic and lively environment At USP, a young and dynamic team works with an open corporate culture, flat hierarchies, and direct feedback.
