What does your role at internezzo look like? Project implementation & management: You plan and lead the implementation of various projects and ensure that these are realized within the agreed time, quality, and budget. Customer consulting & support: You are the direct contact person for our customers and continuously provide competent advice regarding change requests, further developments, and in projects. You conduct customer-specific training for editors. Digital Marketing Consulting: You actively participate in the implementation of our digital marketing activities at the customer and support the planning, execution, and evaluation of campaigns. Using reports and analyses, you derive optimization potential and contribute to positioning our customers successfully in the digital space. What do you bring with you? Must-haves: You have experience in managing customer projects in the digital environment, ideally in an agency environment. High service orientation and enjoyment of interacting with people Structured and independent way of working Good technical understanding in the web environment - experience with CMS (e.g., TYPO3 or Neos) You have sound SEO knowledge and have already worked with relevant Google tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the Google Search Console. You have already gained practical experience in the planning and implementation of e-mail marketing, Google Ads and social media campaigns. You are also familiar with the creation and evaluation of reports and can derive optimization potential from them.
