Posieux, Suisse (and home office) | 80-90% What you can contribute <br /> • Advise managers regarding all themes related to the employee life cycle • Provide support to managers in budgeting personnel costs • Support reorganization and transformation projects, and actively participate in management meetings • Assume responsibility for the implementation of HR processes in accordance with current standards and regulations • Actively participate in the development of HR processes within projects and working groups <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree (HES/university) in the field of human resources and business administration as well as a federal diploma in HR • Several years of experience in human resources consulting and in supporting organizational development and change processes • Autonomous person, oriented towards teamwork, possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills • Performance and solution-oriented working style, combined with agility, structure, resilience, and a high capacity for work • Very good mastery of MS Office; mastery of SAP is an asset • Very good knowledge of two official languages and English, both spoken and written <br /> In a few words As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will competently support our managers as a strategic sparring partner.
