Our organization has an office in Biel as well as an external location in Pieterlen. To bridge a substitution, we are looking for a committed personality as an ICT Supporter. Your tasks: You are the first contact person for IT concerns – by telephone, via remote access or directly on-site. You take over the 1st-level support and ensure a rapid and uncomplicated solution of IT problems. You set up workstations and install hard- and maintain network printers as well as multimedia devices and ensure their smooth operation. Together with your teammates, you take over on-call duties so that our IT also functions reliably outside of office hours. Your profile: Completed training as Informatiker EFZ or equivalent initial professional experience in ICT support. Good knowledge in user management as well as in handling Active Directory and common Microsoft environments. Experience with the ERP Perigon is an advantage, but no good German skills as well as good ösischkenntnisse. A service-oriented, reliable and solution-oriented way of working.
