Painter

The employer is looking for a: Painter (reported profession) Tasks: • surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, filling, repairing cracks and damage) • application of paints, varnishes and coatings on walls, ceilings, doors, windows and other surfaces • application of decorative techniques and special finishes (such as decorative plasters, effect painting, etc.) • protection of surrounding areas to avoid damage • plasterboard Requirements: • previous experience as a painter • knowledge of painting and decoration techniques • knowledge of plastering • knowledge of cladding/insulation (cappotti) • ability to work independently and follow the instructions of the client or supervisor • manual skills and attention to detail • availability to work in both residential and commercial environments • hourly flexibility and ability to work in a team • good knowledge of Italian • driving license cat.B • with own car Employment details: • work location Breganzona • 100% employment • employment immediately, fixed-term • salary based on the CCL of the sector
