Your demanding and varied tasks: You care for and accompany our residents empathetically and appreciatively in their everyday life and their home. You competently implement nursing measures and support the residents in activities of daily living. You regularly take on daily responsibility and support your colleagues in everyday nursing care. You observe changes in health status, pass on relevant information, and document carefully in the nursing process. If interested and appropriately suited, you will have the opportunity to take on the additional function as a vocational trainer after a successful introduction. For this, you enjoy passing on your knowledge and accompanying learners on their professional path with patience, appreciation, and enthusiasm. You work in the early and late shifts until 21:15. Our requirements: You have completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland, and ideally already bring experience in long-term care. You have experience in the application of RAI LTCF and use your expertise confidently in everyday nursing care. You enjoy interacting with older people, work flexibly, and respond to their individual needs. You take responsibility, work independently and reliably, and contribute to a positive team culture.
