Banking Supervision Officer (m/f/d) FINMA is responsible for the supervision of the Swiss financial market. It protects creditors, investors and policyholders, and ensures the proper functioning of the financial markets. We offer you, within the Banks division, a position as Main tasks Proactive, critical and risk-oriented supervision of a portfolio of banks based on available information (audit reports, FINMA ratings, specific investigations) Main internal and external interlocutor for the supervised institutions Evaluation of risk analyses and approval of prudential audit strategies Analysis of risk situations, identification of causes and implementation of corrective measures Management of relations with boards of directors, managements and foreign supervisory authorities Close collaboration with internal FINMA units and participation in on-site inspections Required profile Degree from a higher education institution in economic sciences or equivalent training in the banking field (chartered accountant, CPA, ACCA) At least five years of professional experience in the banking or audit sector Solid knowledge of banking law, financial markets and products Excellent analytical capacity and methodical approach Very good communication skills and collaborative spirit Mastery of French C2 and German B2 Perspectives We are the ideal employer for employees ready to fully commit, seeking challenges and wishing to take on responsibilities quickly.
