Located in Marly, we provide the link between German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland. For the Etablissements de la plaine de l'Orbe (EPO), we are looking for, from 1 January 2027 or for a date to be agreed, a: Teacher Training in the execution of sentences 100% ## Your tasks • Promote the skills of detainees in the following disciplines: general culture themes (ECG), French and French as a foreign language (FLE), literacy, foundations of mathematics and IT; • Accompany detainees, from different cultures, in their personal training journey; • Respect quality standards; • Pursue the development of the training offer, including in the digital field; • Collaborate with various partners and participate in intercantonal meetings with other teachers in the field of the execution of criminal sanctions. Your skills • Master's in teaching for secondary 1 or other equivalent training; • At least 2 to 4 years of teaching experience, ideally in adult education, and corresponding methodological skills; • Affinity for digital teaching methods (iPad) and active pedagogy; • Excellent communication skills; • Empathy and benevolence; • High social skills and ability to inspire the pleasure of learning; • Ability to evolve in an environment where the multidisciplinary aspect is very marked; • Interest in the field of mental health; • Good understanding of German, an asset.
