Commercial ease and a taste for business development. Ability to work autonomously while uniting teams. Sense of organization, rigor and entrepreneurial spirit. Good command of IT tools. Driving license indispensable. Supervise, motivate and coordinate a team of 4 to 5 employees. Active participation in administrative organization in collaboration with the site director. Organize and plan interventions in order to optimize resources and deadlines. Perform technical visits, take measurements and feasibility studies. Prepare quotes and advise clients in the choice of suitable solutions. Develop and build loyalty with a portfolio of private clients, architects, real estate agencies and companies. Ensure active prospecting and represent the company to its partners. Supervise construction sites, the quality of installations and compliance with deadlines. Provide technical support to the installation teams. Manage supplier orders as well as site monitoring. Participate in the administrative and operational organization of the site.
