Tasks Warm welcome and care of our demanding clientele. Consulting and sales of our exclusive products, particularly premium cigars. Ensuring a first-class customer experience in a stylish environment. Organization and implementation of events and tastings. Maintenance and presentation of the product portfolio in the sales room. Support with administrative tasks and inventory management. Qualifications Experience in customer service, ideally in the luxury or gastronomy industry. Enthusiasm for premium products and a pronounced sense of quality. Friendly, professional and well-groomed appearance. Excellent communication skills in German and English, additional languages an advantage. Independent, reliable and service-oriented work. Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
