Floor Porter

Tasks Laundry & material logistics: Reliable transport of clean and soiled laundry, cleaning agents and consumables as well as the systematic stocking of floor offices to support the Room Attendants. Fulfillment of guest requests: Fast delivery of additional equipment directly to guest rooms (e.g., extra beds, baby cots, ironing boards, additional pillows or dehumidifiers). Cleanliness of public floor areas: Care and cleaning of floor corridors, stairwells and backstage areas as well as support with heavy work (e.g., moving furniture, deep carpet cleaning). Requirements Physical fitness & endurance: Very good physical constitution and resilience for lifting heavy loads, working quickly and constant movement across several floors. Service orientation & politeness: Courteous, discreet and well-groomed appearance when encountering guests on the floors as well as a hands-on, helpful basic attitude. Reliability & language skills: High sense of duty and team spirit as well as solid language skills in German, English or Italian (Italian is of very great advantage for internal team communication in the Engadin).
