Within the Service Domaines & Bâtiments, you take charge of construction and renovation projects that directly participate in the evolution of our city. You are both a strategist, coordinator, facilitator, and decision-maker. You move projects forward, bring together stakeholders, and find solutions when challenges arise. You represent the interests of the City with conviction and contribute to transforming collective needs into concrete, useful, and sustainable achievements. Concretely, you will… Imagine, structure, and pilot projects from conception to realization; Translate user needs into adapted solutions; Conduct feasibility studies and analyze different possible options; Pilot public procurement procedures; Coordinate mandatories, companies, and partners involved; Ensure respect for costs, deadlines, and quality requirements; Prepare the necessary elements for the decision-making of political authorities; Ensure financial, administrative, and contractual monitoring of operations; Animate exchanges and create conditions for effective collaboration between all project actors. What you bring An architect or civil engineer training (EPF, HES or equivalent title); Confirmed experience in leading complex construction projects, ideally in Switzerland; Excellent mastery of construction processes and project management; Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written; Good knowledge of management and planning tools; A valid driver's license.
