Service Technician FELFEL

As a Service Technician (immediately or by arrangement, 80-100%) in Zürich Wiedikon, you will bring fresh air into offices across Switzerland and become part of our dedicated Hardware Team. Support your team in fulfilling all hardware tasks during the week – without on-call or weekend shifts. Install our FELFEL refrigerators and Gavetti coffee machines directly at the customer's location. Coordinate your assignments closely with the Implementation Team to guarantee smooth installations. Perform regular maintenance and servicing work on our systems throughout Switzerland. Take on repair work at the customer's site and design your daily routine flexibly. Perform versatile assembly work in our workshop in Zürich. Work flexibly in a two-person team, in the workshop, or independently "on the road". The assembly and maintenance of FELFEL and Gavetti is an exciting mix of electronics, mechanics, carpentry, software, and technology. Accordingly, the role is very varied and the team is interdisciplinary, with the possibility to develop further in various areas. The Hardware Team is very interdisciplinary and there are many internal trainings. The following backgrounds are an advantage: Mechanic, carpenter, or in a comparable technical profession. Versatile talent at the interface of electronics, mechanics, carpentry, and software. High flexibility, independence, and joy in traveling within Switzerland. Great passion for both practical, hands-on work at the workbench and for the precise drafting of technical standards. Fluent German skills and very good English. Requirement: Valid Swiss driver's license (category B). Non-smoker – we do not want you to smell of cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings.
