We are looking for Care and Support Assistants/Nursing Assistants M/F/D ASA / nursing assistant F/M/X / long-term interim / Hospital We are looking for Care and Support Assistants/Nursing Assistants M/F/D to work within an EMS in Genève \- Planning 20\-70% \- Interim Responsibilities Assist the elderly person in activities of daily living; Apply instructions received from nurses and community health and care assistants, organize and provide ADL care delegated by the latter; Ensure, during end-of-life periods, quality care referring to the rules and standards in force in this field (responses to physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs); Transmit observations orally and in writing in the resident's computerized file; Participate in the distribution of meals and snacks as well as the maintenance of the residents' material environment; Accompany residents to animation activities; Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team Profile Holder of the AFP Aide en soin et accompagnement (ASA) or nursing assistant diploma only Auxiliary diploma not accepted, Training in Good Practices for delegated care in EMS an asset Experience in Switzerland mandatory Spoken and written French mandatory; Interpersonal skills, respect, empathy, and availability; Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinarity; Flexibility and ability to intervene on demand with various establishments.
