Gear Specialist / Tailleur (80-100%)

Faulhaber SA Filiale Grenchen is the competence center for the mechanical manufacturing of gears within the Faulhaber Group. We are looking for our growing operation for a: Gear Specialist / Tailleur (80-100%) The activities include: • Operation and setup of the systems • Production from samples to large series • Manufacture and regrinding of simple tools • Programming of the machines and optimization of existing programs • Machine maintenance and servicing of the systems. Requirement profile: • Completed apprenticeship as a Production Mechanic / Mechapraktiker or comparable training • High quality awareness and reliability • Willingness for shift work (2-shift operation or Saturday) if necessary. • Interest in learning new things • German language skills in speaking and writing • Ideally, you already have experience in gearing parts in the module 0.1 – 1 range with Wahli/Strausak/Affolter machines What is offered to you: • A permanent position 40 hours per week. 5 weeks vacation. • Flexible working hours (block time 08:00…11:00 / 14:00…16:00) • Training in the individual tasks in a collegial team. • A workplace with the working atmosphere of an SME with the employment conditions of a large international family business (FAULHABER Group) in the background.
