You apply your in-depth legal knowledge in the field of digital technologies, as well as intellectual property law, and your experience in IP Litigation in a targeted manner. You manage complex projects from a legal perspective in several languages and independently develop creative proposed solutions. In doing so, you recognize legal as well as economic connections and assess opportunities and risks correctly. If necessary, you conduct processes in cooperation with external lawyers at home and abroad.
