Site Management and assistance with cleaning, night shift, part-time, hourly wage, 30-60%

Prodoba Hotelservice AG - A qualitative contact partner for all cleaning services around hotels, apartments, co-living & senior apartments and residences. We are looking for a motivated and reliable cleaning staff and team leader starting immediately, who supports our team and helps to ensure our high quality standard. Tasks - Min. 3x days cleaning service (approx. 4-5 hours) - 1-2x controls of all services - Daily leading of team briefings with frequent short trainings - Responsible for inventory management - Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas as well as employee areas Qualifications - Experience in team management is required - Experience in cleaning, ideally in the hotel or hospitality industry - Reliability, punctuality and an eye for detail - Friendly appearance and ability to work in a team - Basic knowledge of German (further language skills an advantage) - Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays - Strong communication and assertion skills - Confident handling of occupational safety standards - Hourly wage basis, part-time, 30-60% workload.
