Your main responsibilities: Organize, coordinate and supervise construction work on sports fields. Manage and motivate one to two site teams (3 to 6 employees). Plan interventions and ensure the smooth running of the work. Ensure the administrative and IT follow-up of the sites. Establish work reports and monitor the progress of projects. Guarantee the quality of achievements, compliance with deadlines and safety standards. Your profile ✅CFC as a landscaper or equivalent training. ✅Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field. ✅Experience in team management or strong leadership potential. ✅Autonomous, organized and solution-oriented person. ✅Team spirit, sense of responsibility and taste for well-done work. ✅Category BE driving license indispensable.
