Linux System Engineer

You will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and security of environments, using tools such as VMware, Puppet, and Azure DevOps. Tasks ## 1. Linux system administration (run): • Installation, configuration, and management of Ubuntu and Oracle Linux servers. • Supervision, diagnosis, and resolution of performance and security issues. 1. Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): • Implementation and management of infrastructures with Terraform. • Creation and maintenance of automation scripts with Ansible and Puppet. 1. Containerization and orchestration: • Implementation and management of containerized environments with Rancher and Kubernetes. • Administration of advanced orchestration platforms such as OpenShift. Required skills ## • Degree in computer science (BAC+3 to BAC+5) or equivalent significant experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux system administration. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat, Linux Foundation, Kubernetes, Terraform) are a plus. • Mastery of Linux systems (Ubuntu (22) and Oracle Linux (8 and 9)). • Advanced skills in Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet, satellite. • Expertise in containerized environments with Rancher and Kubernetes. • Experience with advanced orchestration platforms such as OpenShift. • Good knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Deep understanding of network, security, and distributed systems concepts.
