Project Manager (M/F)

*Introduction* ## For our Purchasing, Support & Infrastructures department, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to evaluate and prepare complex building and multi-technical transformation projects. *Responsibilities* ## • Analyze the existing situation: Carry out in-depth diagnostics of existing premises, including technical, energy, regulatory and functional evaluations • Define the transformation strategy: Develop and recommend strategic guidelines for the renovation or transformation of buildings, taking into account environmental, economic and future use issues • Pilot feasibility studies: Supervise the completion of preliminary studies (technical, financial, environmental feasibility, programming of needs) in coordination with internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate contributors: Lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary teams involved (study offices, architects, engineers, building specialists, business stakeholders) • Develop specifications: Write, adjust and validate contractual documents, consultation files and specifications for the selection of service providers or the conduct of calls for tenders *Profile* ## • HES Engineer, ES Technician training or equivalent experience (specialized in building or construction techniques) • Training and/or experience in the field of civil engineering is a additional asset • Proven experience (min. 10 years) in managing pre-study or transformation/renovation projects • Analytical mind, ability to take a step back and identify adapted strategic scenarios *Conclusion* ## We offer a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, time flexibility solutions and first-class social benefits.
