Real Estate Project & Asset Manager Responsibilities: Project management of various global real estate projects Development, implementation and continuous optimization of property and portfolio strategies Support in due diligence reviews of real estate investments as well as in reporting for a real estate fund Monitoring, maintenance and further development of relevant portfolio key performance indicators (KPI) and portfolio master data Preparation of complex matters into decision-ready documents for internal committees, management and supervisory authorities Steering and coordination of internal stakeholders as well as external service providers, planners and consultants during the entire project or real estate life cycle Execution of market, location and economic feasibility analyses as well as derivation of corresponding recommendations for action Qualifications: Completed higher education (Real Estate Manager, university or technical college degree in the fields of real estate management, architecture, engineering or business administration / finance) or commercial training with subsequent specialization in the real estate sector At least 2 years of professional experience in the real estate sector (experience in the area of Real Estate Asset / Portfolio Management is an advantage) Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to prepare complex matters in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner Teamwork skills and intercultural competence High understanding of customer needs Discretion and a responsible handling of sensitive information Stylistically confident communication at different hierarchical levels Very good MS Office skills, further specialist software skills (e.g. Portfolio Management Software or CAD) are an advantage Stylistically confident use of the German and English languages is required What you bring: You like to take responsibility and want to actively help shape projects and real estate You move confidently in an international environment and appreciate working with different people and cultures You appreciate a working atmosphere in which cooperation and a good team spirit are lived jpidf49c425jm jit0731jm jiy26jm
