September 2026 or by arrangement Job description The daycare center Müüsliburg provides a well-known and well-established childcare service in Stäfa for children from three months up to kindergarten entry. Distributed across three mixed-age groups and one infant and toddler group, 48 places are available in a very attractive and spacious infrastructure. Approximately 20 employees are responsible for the children. The sponsor is the non-profit "Trägerverein Kindertagesstätte Müüsliburg, Stäfa", founded in 2002. We are looking for a FaBe Pedagogy/ Organization (m/f/d) at 80-100% as of 01. September 2026 or by arrangement. We desire an open, team-oriented, and competent personality who has a completed, recognized vocational training in childcare. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in everyday childcare, in projects, and in further developments in our lively operation. You will train apprentices in the company and support them in everyday life. Your tasks are: You ensure a pleasant developmental climate for the children and create encouraging learning fields for the apprentices. Together with a FaBe, you are responsible for a regular daily routine for employees and children in your group and organize and coordinate all tasks that arise in the group. You train the apprentices based on our training concept.
