Job Description Main mission of the function: o Technical development of new products, design and monitoring of technical files. o Management of cross-functional R&D projects; aesthetics and movement. Task description: o Management of cross-functional projects: \- Watch aesthetics \- Mechanical and quartz movements \- Data management system (PLM) o Development of innovative concepts in partnership with our various Swatch Group entities o Development of new products: cases, dials, hands and bracelets in collaboration with the different Longines departments and our external partners o Realization and management of technical files during the product life cycle o Technical support to the different Longines departments Profile You hold a HES engineering degree or equivalent. You have additional training as a project manager and confirmed experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar position. Field experience in the industrialization and/or manufacturing of watch components. A very good mastery of 3D and surface CAD as well as mastery of the "Catia" software are indispensable. Mastery of finite element simulation, Abaqus-Forge as well as Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience PLM is an asset. Good knowledge of RDM (strength of materials).
