Senior Consultant & Topic Lead Corporate Communications 80 - 100 % Your Role You lead and develop demanding client mandates, advising companies and institutions on strategic communication issues. Together with them, you develop effective solutions in the areas of corporate, change, and crisis communication as well as media relations and content. A special focus of your work lies in the energy sector. Accordingly, you bring sound experience in leading demanding mandates for the development and implementation of various measures in this area. As Topic Lead, you are responsible for the Corporate Communications topic area and develop it strategically together with the management. You accompany clients in the positioning of their organization and their topics. In doing so, you manage communication mandates conceptually and operationally, coordinate internal and external contact persons, and ensure professional and continuous communication. From conception through planning and implementation to leading project teams with internal employees and external partners, you maintain an overview, set clear priorities, and deliver convincing results. Thanks to your network, you recognize opportunities for new mandates and actively drive their development. You show initiative, take responsibility, and help shape the future of our agency. What You Bring Several years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, corporate communications, and/or media relations, acquired in an agency or a communications department. Experience in the strategic and operational management of demanding client mandates. Interest in energy topics. Experience in this area is an advantage. Strategic foresight and a creative sense for convincing communication solutions. Analytical and networked thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Sound project management skills, strong leadership competence, and a cool head for tasks, budgets, and milestones, even when things get hectic. Joy in further developing the Corporate Communications area at CRK, developing innovative approaches, and successfully implementing them. Curiosity and talent to quickly grasp new technical developments and AI applications and use them in communication work. Communication strength, leadership quality, and team spirit, as well as joy in exchange with clients and partners. A completed university degree or a comparable qualification. Stylistically confident German in spoken and written form as well as good French and English skills.
