It is people like you who make the difference and, together with us, bring the «place we love to be» to life. For our ***delicatessa in the Grundnahrungsmittel area in Globus Basel, we are looking for a committed personality as Mitarbeiter:in Warenservice with a workload of 40%, limited until 31.12.2026.  HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE ## • As a host, you ensure that our customers feel welcome and well taken care of as guests. • You are responsible for warehouse order, shelf maintenance, and their stocks. • You process customer orders as well as supplier returns and are responsible for the control of customer reservations, orders, and branch transfers. • You have close contact with suppliers. • You support visual merchandising, which inspires our guests to purchase our exclusive brands. • With your positive aura and your passion for products from the Grundnahrungsmittel area, you contribute decisively to the company's success. • You support in sales (replacements and off-peak times). Thanks to your excellent service, your fascination for our brands, and your individual advice, you ensure unique shopping experiences. WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU ## • You have a successfully completed vocational training, preferably in retail, and/or bring several years of experience in Warenservice/Warenbewirtschaftung. • You are a service-oriented, independently working personality with a high passion for products from the Grundnahrungsmittel area. • You love and live the role as a host, are flexible, and have a pronounced customer orientation. • You are physically resilient, reliable, act on your own initiative, and have a fast and precise way of working. • You have excellent German skills; other languages are not a must, but are of great advantage for our international guests.
