Transport Coordinator in Piece Goods Logistics (m/ w/ d) 80–100% The «KÄPPELI» is active in the areas of construction, logistics, environment and digital. To complement our team at Käppeli Logistik AG, we are looking for a flexible, independent and team-capable person in Sargans. In this versatile function, you ensure that our piece goods transports are efficiently planned, coordinated and administratively accompanied. You are in daily contact with customers, drivers and partners and make a significant contribution to a smooth transport process. YOUR TASKS • Planning, coordination and monitoring of piece goods transports / full loads • Optimal deployment planning of vehicles and drivers • Receipt, recording and processing of transport orders • Monitoring of delivery dates and ensuring high service quality • Contact person for customers, drivers and business partners • Administrative processing of transport orders and transport documents • Support in preparing invoices and general office work • Ongoing optimization of transport processes and procedures YOUR PROFILE • Experience in the transport, logistics or dispatch industry • Organizational talent and an independent and structured way of working • Stress tolerance and overview even in hectic situations • Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland • Enjoyment of contact with customers and drivers • Good German language skills in word and writing • Safe handling of common office applications • Experience as a driver cat.
