Team Leader City Cleaning Region West, 80-100 %

You take responsibility for a clean and safe city of Zürich. Together with your team, you plan and coordinate the city cleaning as well as the winter service in the Region West and ensure that public spaces can be used reliably on a daily basis. Tasks ## • You lead your team of 10 to 15 employees technically and personally, ensure the implementation of the cleaning and winter service operations in the Region West and, in this capacity, take over the operational management of the winter service with up to 80+ employees. • You plan the daily operations of your team, ensure the flow of information and ensure correct operational planning as well as time recording. • You are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the fleet as well as the workshops and plant facilities in your area of responsibility, including the ordering of consumables. • You organize training on the city cleaning processes, pass on your specialist knowledge and, as a safety officer, ensure compliance with our safety standards. • You work closely with the ERZ business units, municipal service departments and external partners and represent ERZ in contact with the population.
