The EDIH helps companies, public organizations, and innovation actors adopt digital technologies, strengthen their competitiveness, and accelerate digital transformation. In this role, you will contribute to the successful implementation and organization of a European innovation program, working at the interface between technology, research, industry, and public actors. • Coordinate and support the implementation of EDIH activities, work packages, milestones, and deliverables • Support and execute planning, monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, and compliance with European funding requirements • Coordinate collaboration with consortium partners, companies, research organizations, and other stakeholders • Organize workshops, training, innovation events, and networking activities • Support companies and organizations in accessing digital innovation services and expertise • Contribute to project communication, documentation, and the continuous strategic development of the EDIH ecosystem. Fixed-term position of 2 years with the possibility of extension. Your profile You are a proactive and reliable professional with a strong interest in project management and ideally in innovation and digital technologies. You bring a structured way of working, a high level of self-motivation, and enjoy contributing to an international and interdisciplinary environment. Your profile combines relevant experience in project management with strong organizational awareness and a collaborative spirit. • Experience in project coordination, preferably in publicly funded European research or innovation contexts • Academic training in business, computer science, life sciences, innovation management, project management, or a related field • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview in complex environments • Interest in digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, and emerging technologies • Excellent communication skills in English; German is an asset • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams The FHNW School of Life Sciences offers state-of-the-art technical, laboratory, and office facilities.
