You understand how to capture requirements from the business, structure them, and translate them into concrete solutions. In doing so, you actively shape the further development of the CRM as part of an international Omni-Channel platform and contribute your ideas to a global environment. You ensure that operations run smoothly, coordinate releases and tests, and ensure together with various stakeholders that the CRM is used optimally and continuously improved. At the same time, you support the building of a strong Key User community and support organization.
