In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for passionate and committed collaborators to join our mission of welcoming and accompanying blind and visually impaired persons with intellectual disabilities and/or presenting autism spectrum disorders. Join us in this adventure where every contribution counts! We are currently recruiting for a micro-structure specialized in ASD welcoming three residents with complex needs. Here, care, individualized support, and daily presence play an essential role in the quality of life of the people welcomed. We are looking for: EDUCATORS (M/F) CDI between 60% and 90% What you will experience with us: An individualized and structured living environment, promoting stability and the quality of relationships The opportunity to develop your skills in specific care related to autism and behavioral disorders Quality internal training focused on adapted educational and care approaches Close collaboration within a motivated and supportive multidisciplinary team. Your main missions: Accompany residents daily and ensure basic and specific care adapted to the needs of the residents Implement and monitor the individualized projects of the beneficiaries Participate in maintaining a team dynamic within the framework of multidisciplinary work. Your ideal profile: Educator diploma from a recognized social school or holder of a CFC ASE with desired professional experience in the field of autism or intellectual disability Experience or strong interest in autism and complex behavior situations Motivation to learn and evolve through targeted continuous training Team spirit and resilience in demanding situations.
