Berne \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Ensure the sorting and management of all Air Force military affairs at the division level, as well as the prioritization, coordination, and monitoring of missions and pending files essential to the activity • Ensure the Air Force Command Service at the division level and provide effective support to the Air Force Staff in terms of command assistance • Prepare and monitor military staff products, and coordinate their processing within the deadlines • Operate and improve Air Force command and information systems (notably CPF-B, FIS FA, IPLIS-SITAWARE) and manage situation monitoring cockpits • Analyze and optimize command, staff, and business processes, and participate in their conceptual development • Coordinate and synchronize collaboration with militia structures, partner services, as well as the direct subordinates of the Air Force Commander <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree or from a specialized higher school, completed by continuing education in business management; experience in project management and organizational management • Several years of experience in military command functions as well as in-depth knowledge of Air Force command, staff, and business processes • Experience as a battalion commander, deputy staff chief of command assistance, Head of Command Service, or Head of Triage • Strong command, coordination, and organization skills in a dynamic environment, associated with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, great mental agility, and high stress resistance • Experience in the management, prioritization, and monitoring of complex affairs and missions • Active knowledge in two official languages and ideally, good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words In this key and demanding position, you will play a central role in the Air Force command process.
