Your tasks • Ensuring and implementing comprehensive, needs-oriented nursing and care of patients. • Independent coordination and design of the entire nursing process. • Close and professional cooperation within the interdisciplinary treatment team. • Precise and complete documentation of the services provided and the patient's progress. • Empathic communication and psychological support for patients as well as their relatives. Qualifications Your profile • A sound education as a nursing specialist FH/HF or an equivalent foreign degree. • For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required or the recognition process must have already been initiated. • A high level of specialist knowledge, empathy, and professionalism in nursing. • Ability to take on responsibility and to work in a team. • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing to build trust and ensure clear communication.
