We are commissioned to find an engaged and long-term oriented personality as Operations Manager With the support of the long-standing Managing Director, you will take over the operational management of the plant in this versatile leadership role and, with a high degree of independence, bear the overall responsibility for the successful business course on site. You lead and develop employees at all levels and create a motivating and performance-oriented working environment. At the same time, you independently acquire new orders, maintain existing customer relationships, and supervise selected construction projects from the scale through to the invoicing. You continuously ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards and control the financial development using a comprehensive controlling\-system. For this demanding task, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking and engaged leadership personality with the ability to lead people in a goal-oriented and empathetic manner. You convince through a sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, as well as a pronounced team orientation and wish to develop professionally and personally. As a basis, you have completed basic training in the construction industry – preferably as a Roofer, Waterproofer, or /in – as well as further training as a Construction Manager Polybau or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you also bring a qualification as a Building Envelope Master or a comparable qualification.
