What you can achieve • Responsible for the support and control of the assigned systems during the usage phase • Ensuring the contractually agreed SLA services towards the customer • Planning, coordination and monitoring of service delivery • Technical and commercial management of the assigned systems • Coordination between customer, internal specialist departments, engineering, logistics, maintenance, purchasing and external suppliers • Execution of controlling, reporting and status overviews for the assigned systems • Identification of risks, bottlenecks, obsolescences and improvement measures • Represents the system-specific interests of RUAG in external bodies (change conferences, project commissions, projects etc.) and in questions regarding interfaces with other systems. What you bring with you • Technical basic training with further training at HF level in business administration, Bachelor's degree an advantage • Project management training IPMA Level C or D an advantage • Professional experience in the field of customer service, services, maintenance, project business • Experience in the technical environment as well as in the coordination of internal and external stakeholders • SAP knowledge S4 an advantage • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing • High personal responsibility, organizational skills, communication strength and a structured, solution-oriented way of working • Knowledge in military logistics is a plus • CH nationality or permit C (function-related) Salary and benefits Around 3000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make an essential contribution to the security of Switzerland every day.
