This position is particularly suitable for QA professionals with GDP experience who like to work independently and feel comfortable in an international pharmaceutical company. Your tasks You will take on a central role within the QA Compliance team and be responsible for, among other things: • Processing, evaluating, and releasing quality incidents (Deviations, Complaints, and Change Controls) • Coordinating quality-related topics with service providers, distributors, and international affiliates • Planning and conducting self-inspections as well as supplier, distributor, and service provider audits • Managing and further developing the qualification of suppliers, distributors, and carriers • Creating, maintaining, and managing Quality Agreements • Reviewing and updating SOPs, policies, and other QMS documents • Conducting GxP training and supporting departments in compliance issues • Continuously improving quality processes and implementing new regulatory requirements in the GDP environment Your profile • University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the area of Quality Assurance • Very good knowledge of GMP and especially GDP • Experience in handling Complaints, Deviations, and Change Controls • Experience with audits, self-inspections, and supplier or distributor qualification • Knowledge of handling Quality Agreements and QMS documentation • German and English at a business level are mandatory The focus of the function lies on the following topics: • Complaint Management • GDP Compliance • Audits and self-inspections • Qualification of suppliers, distributors, and carriers • Quality Agreements
